This unified endeavor brings together two non-profit professional associations who are global leaders in corrosion and coatings standards, training, and certification.

“This is an important and exciting step forward for everyone involved in the fields of corrosion and coatings,” said SSPC President-Elect Sam Scaturro. “We’re bringing together the best of two strong organizations and providing our stakeholders with more value at a time when they need it.”

“SSPC and NACE have a long history of working cooperatively in areas where we share common goals and purpose,” said NACE President Tim Bieri. “This combination helps advance the missions set by the leaders of both associations and positions us to provide the asset protection industry with a stronger workforce.”
